Instruction for labor in breathing, relaxation and grounding
Energy balancing sessions that teach the body deep relaxation needed for laboring and trusting the body
Two sessions of energy balancing for mother
One session of energy balancing for the father
Being able to physically relax and rebalance is a large component of creating moment by moment relationships with oneself, with a child and with each other as a couple
Energy balancing sessions are 90 minutes in length. The cost is $150.00.
Once labor starts my presence and support throughout the birth.
Energy balancing sessions for mother and father and baby to rebalance the adrenaline high experienced around birth and to balance sleep patterns once they go home from the hospital.
Availability for support by phone or email .
A resource if there is a nursing issue or post partum depression or need for a baby nurse.
Support for the transition before returning to work and beginning daycare.
